Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PitchDO website or submitting your pitch deck. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

PitchDO provides pitch deck reviews, scoring, and potential introductions to investors. You understand and agree that:

• No Guarantee of Funding: PitchDO does not guarantee that you will receive funding, investment, or a specific valuation. We are an advisory and connection platform, not a bank or guaranteed fund.
• Scoring is Subjective: Our scoring framework is based on our professional experience and industry standards, but it remains a subjective assessment. A high score does not guarantee investment, and a low score does not imply business failure.
• Introduction Criteria: Introductions to our investor network are at our sole discretion and typically reserved for companies scoring 8 or above on our internal scale.

2. User Obligations

By submitting a pitch deck or contacting us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized representative of the company.
• You own the intellectual property rights to the materials you submit.
• The information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Your submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of your pitch deck and business materials. By submitting them, you grant PitchDO a limited, non-exclusive license to review, analyze, and store these materials for the purpose of providing our services.

3.2 Our Content

The PitchDO scoring framework, website design, text, graphics, and branding are the property of PitchDO and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PitchDO explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including regarding the success of any fundraising efforts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PitchDO, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy

Due to the high volume of submissions, PitchDO does not sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for the initial review stage. However, we treat all submissions with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
